Intact Insurance Projects
I started my internship at Intact Insurance back in May 2025, and I'm still there today, happily buried in research. Over this time, I've worked on a real mix of projects: some deeply quantitative (sample sizes big enough to make you sit up straight), some deeply qualitative (hours of transcripts, sticky notes, and "wait, say that again?" moments), and a whole lot in between.
These case studies are a bit different from the others, though. The work was done under real confidentiality agreements, so I'm not able to share the underlying data, findings, or client details. What I can share is the methodology I chose, the reasoning behind it, and what these projects helped me achieve, both personally and for the teams I worked with. Enjoy the read!
